14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee Return Policy for CBD Products

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and fully satisfied with your CBD products! If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of delivery.

Return Process:

• If you're not completely satisfied with your CBD product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at ari@everwellllc.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Conditions for Returns:

• The product must be unopened and in its original, unused condition.
• If the product has been opened or used, it is not eligible for a return unless it is defective.
• Due to the nature of CBD products, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items unless there is an issue with the product.

Refunds & Exchanges:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
• If you prefer an exchange, we will send the replacement product once the returned item has been received.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Sale items, custom orders, or any items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns.
