Everwell Subscription Policy
Welcome to the Everwell Rebellion. By enrolling in an Everwell subscription plan, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your recurring orders of our premium CBD products. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.
1. Subscription Terms and Enrollment
When you enroll in an Everwell subscription (e.g., "Subscribe & Save"), you are signing up for a continuous shipping and billing program. This means that Everwell LLC will automatically process and ship your chosen products based on the delivery frequency you select during checkout (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days).
By completing your subscription purchase, you authorize Everwell LLC to securely store your payment method and automatically charge it for future orders until you cancel or modify your subscription.
2. Billing and Payments
Your first order will be processed and charged immediately upon checkout. For all subsequent recurring orders, your payment method on file will be automatically charged on the scheduled processing date.
- **Pricing:** Subscription orders typically receive a discounted rate compared to one-time purchases. The specific discount will be displayed at checkout.
- **Price Changes:** Everwell LLC reserves the right to change the price of subscription products. If the price of your subscribed product changes, we will notify you via email prior to your next billing date, giving you the opportunity to cancel or modify your subscription before the new price takes effect.
- **Failed Payments:** If your payment method is declined, we will notify you via email and attempt to process the charge again. Your order will not be shipped until payment is successfully processed.
3. Managing and Modifying Your Subscription
We believe in total sovereignty—you are in control of your subscription. You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your Everwell account on our website.
Through your account portal, you can:
- **Pause or Skip:** Skip an upcoming delivery or pause your subscription temporarily if you have too much product on hand.
- **Change Frequency:** Adjust how often you receive your shipments.
- **Update Products:** Swap out products, add new items, or change quantities.
- **Update Information:** Change your shipping address or update your payment method.
Modifications must be made at least **24 hours before** your next scheduled billing date to ensure they are applied to the upcoming order.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Everwell subscription at any time, with no hidden fees or penalties.
To cancel:
1. Log in to your Everwell account.
2. Navigate to the "Manage Subscriptions" section.
3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Alternatively, you can email our support team at **ari@everwellllc.com** to request a cancellation.
**Important:** Cancellations must be processed at least **24 hours before** your next scheduled billing date. If your renewal order has already been processed and billed, the cancellation will take effect for the following billing cycle, and the current order will be shipped as scheduled.
5. Shipping for Subscriptions
Subscription orders are subject to our standard [Shipping Policy](https://everwellvital.com/policies/shipping-policy).
- **Free Shipping:** Everwell offers free delivery on all orders over $50. If your recurring subscription order totals $50 or more (after discounts and before taxes), it will automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
- **Processing Time:** Recurring orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the billing date.
6. Returns and Refunds
Subscription orders are governed by our standard 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy.
- **Eligibility:** If you are not completely satisfied with your CBD product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be unopened and in its original, unused condition. Due to the nature of CBD products, we cannot accept returns on opened or partially used items unless the product is defective.
- **Return Process:** To initiate a return for a subscription order, please contact us at **ari@everwellllc.com** with your order number.
- **Return Shipping:** Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- **Refunds:** Refunds for returned subscription items will be issued to the original payment method used for that specific renewal order.
Please note that canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for orders that have already been processed and shipped. You must follow the return process for any unwanted items.
