I was skeptical but they came on time and worked very well. I usually have 3-4 hours of sleep and it's really hard for me to actually fall asleep. I took one and felt pretty good but not tired, so I took another one and 20 minutes later I was out. I slept 6 hours and felt fully recharged. Tasted pretty good too for no sugar
